Last year, for the Early Careers program alone, Unilever used [HireVue](https://www.tryvoomer.com/blog/define/hirevue) to process 250,000 applications across 53 countries - all to hire only 800 applicants. You need to answer 3 questions which will be shown to you one at a time via a pre-recorded video from someone at Unilever. You'll get roughly 30 seconds to prepare an answer and then roughly 2 minutes to answer. You may choose to skip the prep timers or stop recording at any time, so you don't have to use all the time available.
